B3 BARRIER – BIOSTOP Sterilization Container is a sterile barrier system that keeps medical instruments sterile until they are used.
This is a green solution that reduces waste, saves costs, saves time, provides efficiency, convenience, and ensures sterility in the sterilization, storage, and transportation of medical instruments.

Lid of the container:
- Made from a special high-quality aluminum alloy with a corrosion-resistant thickness of ≥ 2mm.
- Equipped with a Bio-Stop filter system on the lid, eliminating the need for filter paper replacement during each sterilization cycle.
- The Bio-Stop system is a flow inhibition system based on the principle discovered by Louis Pasteur, with a separation efficiency of ≥ 99.99%, providing significantly better protection against bacteria and particles.
- The Bio-Stop filter system can be reused for ≥ 5000 cycles.
- The lid is specially designed to allow stacking of multiple sterilization containers.
- The inside of the lid has a silicone gasket to ensure a tight and secure seal.
- The lid is available in different colors.
Base of the container:
- Made from a special high-quality aluminum alloy with a corrosion-resistant thickness of ≥ 2mm.
- The base has no perforations.
- The handles are designed to be spacious, wrapped in silicone for easy and safe handling, and to prevent hand injuries.
Wire basket:
- Made of stainless steel, lidless type.
- Mesh thickness is 1 mm, with square mesh openings of 4 mm.
- The basket handle is ergonomically designed with a stop at a 90-degree angle to prevent finger entrapment and avoid contact with instruments.
Silicone mat:
- Blue color, resistant to sterilization temperatures, helps protect and prevent movement of instruments.
Thermal lock:
- An automatic component designed to operate via a thermal locking mechanism, reusable multiple times. The thermal lock has two functions: serving as a safety lock and replacing the thermal indicator for each sterilization cycle.
- The thermal lock can be reused up to 5000 sterilization cycles without any maintenance.
- Comes as a pair of 02 pieces, detachable.
