Composition:
Each wet wipe contains: Chlorhexidine Gluconate solution IP 10 % v/v (eq. to Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2% w/v), Purified water IP: QS

Direction of use:
Alcohol free bed bath Wipes (2% CHG) can be used at room temperature or if desired, heat the pack in a warmer or microwave (750W) for 15sec to 1min. Open carefully and use the wipe on the patient
